Privacy Policy

AdsPilot is a SaaS product operated under the Revenza brand by FOP Maruzhenko Sergii Yaroslavovych, a Ukrainian sole proprietor (PE). Our service helps small businesses and marketing agencies optimize their Google Ads campaigns through automated sync, AI-driven analysis, and one-click bulk operations.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use https://ads.revenza.app, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or connecting a Google Ads account, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect only the data we need to run AdsPilot. Specifically:

• ↳Account data — your email address, name, hashed password (bcrypt), preferred language, and authentication provider (Google OAuth or email/password).
• ↳Google Ads OAuth tokens — the refresh and access tokens issued by Google when you connect a Google Ads account. We store these encrypted at rest and use them only to sync data and apply mutations you have approved.
• ↳Synced advertising data — your Google Ads campaigns, ad groups, keywords, search terms, and 30 days of metrics (cost, clicks, conversions, ROAS, etc.). We store this so you can use the dashboard, alerts, and AI features.
• ↳Recommendations & audit logs — AI suggestions we generate and a record of any changes you approve and we apply on your behalf.
• ↳Billing data — handled by our payment processor Hutko (and, for international markets, Stripe). We receive only the subscription status and order reference; we never see or store your card number or CVV.
• ↳Usage data — anonymized analytics about how you use the product (e.g., which features are used). Used to improve the service.

We use your data only for the purposes listed below:

• ↳Provide the AdsPilot service — authentication, dashboards, alerts, AI keyword cleaning, and bulk actions.
• ↳Apply changes to your Google Ads account only when you explicitly approve them in the UI. AdsPilot never makes autonomous changes to your campaigns.
• ↳Send transactional emails — sign-up verification, password reset, billing receipts, and the daily AI digest you opted into.
• ↳Improve product quality (aggregate, anonymized analytics).
• ↳Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests from regulators.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal data with third parties. We do not use your Google Ads data to train machine learning models that benefit other users or third parties.

AdsPilot's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• ↳We only request the OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords, which is the minimum needed to read campaign data and apply approved changes.
• ↳We use Google Ads data only to provide and improve user-facing features inside AdsPilot.
• ↳We do not transfer Google Ads data to third parties except as needed to provide the service (e.g., our hosting provider Hetzner, our AI provider Anthropic).
• ↳We do not allow humans to read Google Ads data unless we have your explicit consent, it is needed for security purposes, to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized.
• ↳We do not use Google Ads data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized advertising, or interest-based advertising.

You can revoke AdsPilot's access at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page or by clicking Disconnect in your AdsPilot dashboard settings.

AdsPilot uses Anthropic's Claude API to analyze your search terms, rank keyword performance, and generate the daily AI digest. When you trigger an analysis, we send relevant search-term data and metrics to Anthropic's API.

Per Anthropic's Commercial Terms, Anthropic does not train models on your data, and prompts/responses are retained only for safety review per their data retention policy.

We never send personally identifiable customer data (names, emails) to AI providers — only campaign and search-term level metrics.

All AdsPilot data — including encrypted OAuth tokens — is stored on dedicated PostgreSQL servers operated by Hetzner Online GmbH in their Falkenstein, Germany data center. Hetzner is a GDPR-compliant European hosting provider.

We back up the database daily and retain backups for 30 days.

We share data only with the service providers we need to run AdsPilot:

• ↳Hetzner Online GmbH — hosting (Germany).
• ↳Anthropic, PBC — AI API for keyword analysis and digests (United States).
• ↳Google LLC — Google Ads API and Google OAuth.
• ↳Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) — transactional emails (France).
• ↳Hutko — payment processing (Ukraine, EU PSD2-compliant).
• ↳Telegram FZ-LLC — alert delivery (only your chat ID is shared, after you opt in).

Each provider is bound by a data processing agreement and operates only on our written instructions.

You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. Specifically you may:

• ↳Request a copy of all data we hold about you.
• ↳Correct any inaccurate data.
• ↳Delete your account, which permanently removes your account data within 30 days (some billing records are retained for tax compliance for 7 years).
• ↳Withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting Google Ads, unsubscribing from emails, or closing your account.
• ↳Object to processing or restrict processing in specific cases.
• ↳Lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian data protection authority or your local EU/EEA supervisory authority.

We use only essential cookies needed to authenticate your session and remember your language preference. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not track you across other websites.

We protect your data with industry-standard practices: TLS 1.3 in transit, encrypted storage at rest for OAuth tokens, bcrypt for password hashing, and Postgres advisory locks to prevent token-refresh race conditions. Access to production servers is restricted to the founder via SSH key.

Despite our safeguards, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours.

AdsPilot is intended for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add features or are required by law. Material changes are announced via email at least 14 days before they take effect. The most recent version is always available at ads.revenza.app/privacy.
