Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AdsPilot (“the Service”), provided by FOP Maruzhenko Sergii Yaroslavovych (“we”, “us”) under the Revenza brand. By creating an account, connecting a Google Ads account, or paying for a subscription, you (“you”, “Customer”) agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AdsPilot helps you optimize Google Ads campaigns by syncing your accounts via the Google Ads API, generating AI-driven recommendations, and applying changes you explicitly approve. Specific features depend on your subscription tier (Free / Pro / Agency).

We may change or remove features at any time. Material changes are announced at least 14 days in advance.

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction. If you use AdsPilot on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, attempt to bypass rate limits, or use the Service to harm Google's API ecosystem (e.g., scraping, reselling Google Ads data).

Free plan is offered at no cost within the published limits. Pro and Agency are paid monthly subscriptions, billed in advance through our payment processor (Hutko in Ukraine and EU; Stripe in other regions). Prices are listed at ads.revenza.app/#pricing and may be updated with 14 days' notice.

14-day money-back guarantee — if you are not satisfied with Pro or Agency in your first 14 days, email hello@revenza.app for a full refund. After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time and your plan stays active until the end of the period.

Failure to pay (e.g., expired card) results in your subscription being downgraded to Free after a 7-day grace period. We do not lock or delete your historical data.

You agree not to:

• ↳Use the Service to manage Google Ads accounts you do not own or have written authorization to manage.
• ↳Resell or redistribute AdsPilot data, recommendations, or AI-generated content as a standalone product.
• ↳Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• ↳Circumvent quotas, rate limits, or any technical protections.
• ↳Use the Service to engage in click fraud, ad fraud, or any activity that would violate Google Ads policies.
• ↳Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that infringes third-party rights.

AdsPilot suggests changes (negative keywords, pauses, budget adjustments) but applies them only after your explicit click-approval. You remain solely responsible for your Google Ads account, including:

• ↳Ad spend and any commitments you make to Google.
• ↳Compliance with Google Ads policies, advertiser content rules, and applicable advertising law.
• ↳Reviewing AdsPilot's recommendations before approving them — we make our best effort but AI is not infallible.

We own all rights to the AdsPilot software, brand, and the AI-generated recommendation content shown to you. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.

You retain all rights to your Google Ads account data. We do not claim ownership of your campaigns, keywords, or metrics.

AdsPilot integrates with third-party services (Google Ads API, our AI provider Anthropic PBC, Brevo, Telegram, Hutko, Stripe). These are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, billing disputes, or policy changes by these providers.

AdsPilot is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We do not guarantee specific ROAS improvements, savings, or revenue outcomes. Past performance from other customers does not guarantee similar results for you.

AI-generated recommendations are advisory only and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing them before approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of AdsPilot is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost ad spend, or revenue loss.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonable. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data, after which we may delete it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, unless you reside in the EU/EEA, in which case mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country apply.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are emailed to you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of AdsPilot after that date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
